A friend of mine is going through a rough patch lately. Recently when we were talking she told me she wanted to start reminding herself of happy things when she came across them, so I made this simple little notebook for her to carry in her purse. I just covered a dollar bin Michael's find.
Once I had the new cover on I cut a large happy face off Feeling Groovy and selected the perfect words for this book, "Be Happy" from the Groovy Times cartridge. Just a simple project that made her smile wide, she even wrote that down right than and there as a start. Hope you have happy thoughts today as well.
